Brock Smeaton is a premier realtor in West Vancouver selling the finest homes in the finest neighbourhoods in West Vancouver. Brock required a website that he and his team can manage and update without the help of a realtor, while maintaining a fully custom-developed look that nobody else can copy.

Brock could not find a solution from Vancouver's largest design agency, Graphically Speaking. The old website under Graphically Speaking did not have a management platform, despite a high price-tag, and each time there was a new listing, it had to be emailed in. Ubertor did not have an answer either - their websites are template-driven management systems, and the most custom manipulation that can be done is CSS manipulation, rather than full code manipulation.

Using the Regale Suite, created by Sonika Studios Inc., we were able to provide Brock with exactly what he needed - a fully customizable look and design with 100% custom design/code, along with a management system that is easy to use to update listings on his site. Also added recently was a Wordpress blog which was perfectly integrated into the website.
